I’m one of those weird people who never liked the taste of meat. I think the only meat I did enjoy was bacon. And while I don’t miss it, I do wish I could stop being lazy and try to create this tempeh bacon everyone is always blogging about. This sandwich looks amazing! And I have a relative who is obsessed with dill. I will have to keep this recipe somewhere so I can make it for her sometime. Thank you!

This is the lazy person’s tempeh bacon since it requires very little hands-on time.
I never knew maple sriracha was a tasty thing until I tried some Louisville Jerky with that flavour. So I can only imagine that this tempeh bacon would be pretty darn fantastic too. Especially in a sammich.
Yes! I got the inspiration from beef jerky of all things. Haha!
