Yum! I have tried making chickpea pancakes, but didn’t cook them long enough. They didn’t taste bitter, but they were mushy and kinda gross.
I’ll try this – I’m not sure they will turn out as bubbly perfect as yours, but it sounds good enough for me to want to try =)
Jessica DeMarra says
Give it a try! Remember to whisk until the batter is bubbly and cook for the recommended time. I am sure yours will be great!!

Oh wow, this looks stunning!I love socca, and I love za’atar. I’m definitely tagging this for making after the MoFo craziness subsides.

Thanks I am bookmarking all the recipes I like to make them after Vegan MoFo ends. Too much chaos in my own kitchen right now!

Wow, this looks so delicious. I love socca and za’atar – combining the two is brilliant!
Jessica DeMarra says
Thanks Sarra! I have made chickpea and za’atar dishes before but I think this one is my favourite.
